The primary purpose of professional learning is to help educators develop the insights, knowledge, and skills needed to become more effective classroom teachers and school leaders.

Ultimately, the students must benefit from the professional learning of educators. The #1 question we must continue to ask is: How will this professional learning impact student achievement? If we struggle to answer this question, such an activity is better off not being approved for PLU credit. Our mission is to utilize professional learning to directly influence student achievement.
